Butler
Butler, PA is the county seat of Butler County in Western PA. Named for Major General Richard Butler of the Continental Army, the city was settled in the early 19th Century by Irish and Scottish pioneers from Connecticut and boasts a rich history. Home to families of all sizes and ages, Butler is a quiet community whose residents have great pride in their town. Butler has excellent schools and is home to community sporting events and a local theater that has been producing plays since the 1940’s.
