Ron Croushore

A lifetime resident of the Pittsburgh area, owner Ron Croushore has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ron's attention to detail and firsthand knowledge of the Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania real estate market is reflected in every Prudential Preferred Realty relationship and transaction.

Ron is dedicated to creating an efficient and hassle-free experience for his customers. In fact, over the past 20 years, Ron has pioneered the most technologically-advanced tools in the industry. Ron is also passionate about providing the highest quality service to his customers. He ensures this by hiring only the best real estate professionals to represent the Prudential Preferred Realty brand.

In addition to residential and commercial real estate, Ron has extensive knowledge and experience in property development, real estate investing and new home construction. His expertise in these areas is exemplified by his presence on the boards of the West Penn Multi-List, the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP), and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR). Additionally, Ron has received multiple awards including the 2011 Prudential Broker of the Year award and has ranked amongst the top 20 Prudential Real Estate companies.

Furthermore, Ron makes a significant effort to give back to the community by supporting local charities. Prudential Preferred Realty is an active supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Toys for Tots and several other charities.
