Prudential Preferred Realty CEO Receives Diamond Award

Prudential Preferred Realty's President and CEO, Ron Croushore, has been named a 2013 Diamond Award winner by the Pittsburgh Business Times. The Diamond Award honors the most accomplished business leaders in the Pittsburgh region.
“I want to thank the employees, sales associates and staff at Prudential Preferred Realty. I could not have received this award without their support, dedication and outstanding efforts,” says Ron.
Ron was recognized Thursday, April 18 at the Duquesne Club in Pittsburgh, PA.

Georgann Koumaros Installed for Third Term on WGAR’s Board of Directors

Georgann Koumaros, Sales Associate for Prudential Preferred Realty, has been installed for her third term on the Washington Greene Association of Realtors’ (WGAR) Board of Directors.
A current resident of McMurray, PA, Georgann is an alumnus of West Virginia University and has over 20 years of Real Estate and Marketing experience specializing in residential and commercial properties.
Janice Smarto Named RAMP's 2012 Realtor of the Year

Janice Smarto, Manager of Prudential Preferred Realty’s Greensburg office, has been named the 2012 Realtor of the Year by the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP). Janice has been part of the real estate industry for over 32 years.
Prior to joining Prudential Preferred Realty, Janice was the Broker/Owner of Smarto Real Estate. Janice’s real estate experience spans from residential real estate sales, commercial sales, investment properties, new construction and appraisals. Janice’s past achievements include, 2008 Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR ) REALTOR Active in Politics Award, 2005 PAR Distinguish Service Award, 2000 PAR Realtor of the Year and 1999 PAR President.
Barb Averell Appointed to Ross Township Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Board

Barb Averell, Sales Associate for Prudential Preferred Realty, has been appointed to the Ross Township Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Board. Averell was recommended by the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP).
Ryan Barton, Government Affairs Director at the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP) said, “We are excited to have Barb as our voice on the advisory board and we have all the confidence in her that she will represent our association well. Most importantly, Barb understands that enacting impacting fees will create higher costs for businesses, potential home buyers and existing home owners.”
A resident of Ross Township, Averell received her Brokers license in 2008 and managed Prudential Preferred Realty’s Cranberry office for four years. In 2011, Averell transitioned back into Real Estate sales. During her professional career, Averell has received the following designations/awards: Golden Hammer Award Recipient, CRS Designation, Fine Homes Designation, New Homes Sales Specialist, E-Certified, E-Pro, Certified Destination Specialist and Certified Marketing Assistance Specialist.

Prudential Preferred Realty-Rostraver Office is pleased to announce that Jodi Basile Mima has joined their award-winning team. Jodi transferred from Northwood Realty Associates and has 11 ½ years of real estate experience. She is a life-long resident of Belle Vernon where she currently resides with her husband, Ed, and children, Joshua and Jacob.
Jodi is currently the President of the Mon Valley Board of Realtors, a member of both the Valley Girls and Wise Guys Golf Leagues and is very active in the Marion Elementary PTA. She is also an avid golfer, loves musical theater and enjoys time with her friends and family.
In response to her recent transfer to Prudential Preferred Realty, Jodi says, “I am very excited to continue my Real Estate career with such a reputable and well-known company.”
